Billing and Refund Policy
Renters browse for free. LifeOnward charges property listers and approved service providers for advertising and platform access, never for rent or service-job payments.
Property plans
Property-lister memberships are $99 or $299 per year. An eligible featured-property placement costs $35 one time.
Provider plans
Approved service providers can choose $49, $89 or $139 monthly memberships.
Cancellations and refunds
Recurring plans can be canceled before the next renewal, with paid access through the current paid period. Refund requests are reviewed under the full policy displayed in the app.
